Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their experience. But, because photos are digital there is no guarantee of money back.
Are any purchases final sale?
All purchases are final sale, But we also understand things happen. If you need to re-schedule we will do our best to help.
How fast will I get my photos?
Your photos start getting processed the night of the shoot, and the delivery of the photos is typically 1-3 Buisness days.
Do you use AI?
Our photos contain 0% AI, they are shot and edited by 100% humans and that will never change.
What about away games for sports?
Away games are typically harder to get to and cost money to get there. Depending by the location and date/time they work some of the time when requests are submitted early enough.
